At Silver Screen Cocktails, I bring the sophistication and glamour of classic mixology straight to your private party or corporate event. To bring this experience to life, I operate under a “Dry Hire” model.
- What We Provide: I supply a custom mobile bar setup, premium mixers, fresh-squeezed juices, custom syrups, ice, and all the specialized tools required to craft a custom cocktail experience.
- What You Provide: You purchase the physical alcohol for the event.
Private cocktail experiences typically range from $350 – $500, depending on the size and length of your gathering, location, and cocktail selections. Separately, you will purchase the alcohol for the event. Don’t worry—we don’t leave you guessing. Once we design your custom cocktail menu, we will provide an exact, itemized shopping list tailored to your guest count so you know precisely what to buy.
Why Dry Hire?
By Ohio law, a mobile bartending service cannot directly sell or provide alcohol for private events. This means the process is split into two simple parts:

- Massive Savings: Instead of paying marked-up venue or catering liquor prices, you buy your spirits directly from local retailers at cost.
- Total Control: You choose the exact brands of bourbon, rye, gin, or champagne you want featured in your custom menu although I will make recommendations based on the makeup of the cocktail itself.
- Leftovers are Yours: Any unopened bottles at the end of the evening belong completely to you to keep.
Can I request specific cocktails?
Absolutely. I can prepare a wide range of classic cocktails from the late 19th century through the mid-20th century, as well as the original signature cocktails featured by Silver Screen Cocktails.
If you have a favorite cocktail that isn’t on the menu, let me know. I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Silver Screen Cocktails is intentionally focused on private, intimate gatherings. Because I personally handle every aspect of your bar service, I’ll work with you to determine whether your guest count and cocktail selections are a good fit for the experience you’re envisioning.
Do you offer a set package price?
No. Every gathering is different, so I prefer to create a personalized quote based on your guest count, event duration, location, cocktail menu, and service requirements.
